About the role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As an Analyst in the Payments Global Corporate Sales team, you will support Sales Managers in fostering client relationships and promoting sales. Your responsibilities will include preparing client research, pitching material, conducting industry analysis, and managing project assignments. You will also review and analyze transactional data, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage, and regional/global setup. Coordinating cross-functional stakeholder engagement to align with broader firm-wide interests and the clients' objectives. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and knowledge of Nordic languages would be beneficial.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales team on sales pitch materials, prepare client research, industry analysis and project assignments for existing and prospect clients. 
  • Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reporting.
  • Management and maintenance of revenue reporting and pipeline maintenance
  • Collaborate on implementation projects to ensure client’s objectives and expectations are met. 
  • Coordinate with the team to manage the end-to-end sales cycle including pricing and fee billing set up.
  • Understand the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage and regional/global setup.
  • Support Sales managers with preparation of proposals and material for internal approvals.
  • Support the KYC (Know Your Client) processes to ensure adherence to the regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute as the voice of the client in cross-functional partner engagement to ensure alignment with broader firm wide interests and the clients’ objectives.
  • Develop both internal and client relationships with Sales team key stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions.
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Aspire to develop the necessary sales and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales role.
  • Results oriented. Able to work under pressure within tight timeframes.
     

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Nordic languages would be an advantage.
