Required Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum 10 years of direct Microsoft 365 / O365 systems administration experience.
• Demonstrated expertise administering:
o Exchange Online
o Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
o Microsoft Teams
o SharePoint Online
o OneDrive for Business
o Microsoft Purview
o Microsoft Defender
• Experience supporting enterprise identity management and hybrid authentication environments.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions.
• Experience supporting eDiscovery, retention management, and legal hold operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance, and audit readiness processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated technical documentation experience.
