Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and continuously improve and optimize performance of frontend software and interfaces.
- Develop, improve, and maintain web solutions, including implementing new UI components with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Design and build front-end infrastructure.
- Work with the team on the entire architecture of front-end business, as well as that of server-side or client-side businesses.
- Setup software development system and deploy the software in production.
- Resolve JavaScript or layout cross-browser and compatibility problems.
- Analyze product objectives to deliver results aligned with project goals.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally.
- Provide technology review of the team and participate in the formulation of technical standards including development specifications and document standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns in the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing and implementing web applications, including front-end UI logic and back-end business logic;
- Optimizing performance for JavaScript (React.js and Node.js) web apps running in browsers and on servers;
- Investigating and fixing logic issues in existing web applications using Chrome DevTools and VS Code debuggers;
- Designing web applications with Java, Go, and Python programming languages;
- Maintaining and debugging software services; and
- Providing peer-review and feedback of programmed codes.

Salary Range: 177440 - $250000 per year
