About the role

<p>We are looking to hire a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer <br/>(C#, .net) to join our R&amp;D team in Prague.</p><p><br/>In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge to expand our product's <br/>capabilities. This involves designing and developing features using the latest <br/>technologies and adhering to best practices. You will also engage in close <br/>communication with team members and the Product Managers to align with the business's expectations and goals.</p><p><br/>We follow a hybrid model of working as it gives our employees a perfect blend of flexibility and space for creative collaboration.</p><p><br/><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>As a key player in one of our development teams, you will actively contribute to the development of our flagship product: Tricentis Tosca.</p></li><li><p>You will be responsible for all parts of the software development <span>process: requirements</span> analysis, implementation, test, etc.</p></li><li><p>You will perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code base and optimize its execution.</p></li><li><p>You will work in a self-organizing team in our agile software development process and help shape it to continuously improve.</p></li><li><p>You will develop valuable increments of Tricentis Tosca according to our vision using the newest technologies, including AI.</p></li><li><p>Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working will be part of your daily business.</p></li><li><p>You will have an eye on all non-functional aspects of development (security, performance, scalability, reusability) and do the reviews for <span>critical implementations.</span></p></li><li><p>When user stories are planned, you will make sure that an implementation plan is created, and you will challenge user stories on a technical level.</p></li><li><p>You will share your ideas and views.</p></li></ul><p><br/>Who you are:</p><ul><li><p>4+ years of software development experience in C#, or a comparable object-oriented programming language.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of development technologies as well as <span>software testing</span> and test automation.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience working with CI/CD tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in an agile development environment and <span>participating as</span> a scrum team member.</p></li><li><p>Organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven success in contributing to a collaborative, <span>team-oriented environment,</span> working with technical and non-technical peers and management.</p></li><li><p>Striving for high quality, you are used to writing maintainable and testable clean code and when to apply design patterns.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.</p></li><li><p>Self–motivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Why join our team:</p><ul><li><p>You will have the opportunity to work with the industry’s most <span>advanced testing</span> technologies and help customers shift into the new testing realities of the digital world.</p></li><li><p>You will have the opportunity to work in a growing organization with ever-growing opportunities for personal growth.</p></li><li><p>You will have plenty of opportunities to contribute elsewhere (e.g. build DevOps pipelines, create company products around frameworks to better monetize and provide services to our product).</p></li><li><p>You will be part of our strategic engineering excellence training program, where we learn and grow together, elevating our engineering skills across teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Tricentis Core Values:</b><br/>Knowing what we need to achieve and how to achieve it is important.
