We offer an innovative, collaborative and thriving environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Provide efficient and professional service in restaurants and bars&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Assist with mise en place, order taking, and service delivery&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Support students in developing service skills during training&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Participate in service innovation and special events&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Report operational needs to supervisors or managers&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Control the daily production, manage the quantities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Profile and experiences:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Professional diploma in hospitality or service preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Training in food \&amp; beverage service or bartending is an advantage&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>1\-3 years of experience in food \&amp; beverage service&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Previous experience in premium or fine\-dining environments preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Knowledge of basic restaurant and bar service standards&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fluent in English, French is a plus&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Other information:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Type of contract: defined period of time contract (3 months)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Activity rate: 100%&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Location: Bulle campus (Rue de l'Ondine 20, 1630 Bulle)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Start date:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>End date: jpida8c48abjm jpit0730jm jpiy26jm
