Technical Support - Digital Cameras

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our external customers, particularly those in need of assistance with their Digital Cameras / Instax Camera products. This position will be based at our Edison, NJ office.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in a professional manner through phone, email.
• Utilize our in-house system AYS to log in cameras received for repair and log out cameras after repair
• Address technical support issues for Professional Cameras products received via email or phone
• Forward camera repair estimates to dealers and consumers
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate various shipments
• Coordinate and monitor camera and lens on-loans for Professional Service members
• Support Customer Service Team members with daily tasks as required
• Serve as a backup for other customer service functions when necessary

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, engaging with both retailers and end users
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining professional interactions, assuming accountability, and persevering until resolution while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to effectively prioritize workload and fulfill responsibilities within specified timelines
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• A keen interest in photography is considered a significant asset
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional work in both photography and videography
• Research ability, technical research, and keeping up with market trends in the professional space
• Emphasis on digital photography
