 You are a data-driven leader with expertise in business intelligence and a passion for turning complex data into strategic insights that drive real-world impact.  You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and are driven by a passion for data-driven decision-making. As a seasoned professional in business intelligence, your leadership will drive the integration and optimization of data reporting solutions that scale with our company’s growth. You're comfortable with technical execution and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure Hi Rasmus’ clinical outcomes and business reporting is optimized for scalability and impact.

📌What You’ll Do

✅ Outcomes Reporting & Impact – Help drive the strategy and development of clinical decision making, serving as the primary expert and primary stakeholder in collaboration with clinical, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across dashboards and reporting systems.
✅ Advanced Analytics Leadership – Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions, integrating them into dashboards, reports, and other deliverables that provide clear insights and guide decision-making at all levels.
✅ Strategic Insights Development – Work with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that guide clinical and business strategies, ensuring data drives meaningful data-driven decision making.
✅ Platform Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure advanced analytics and insights data is effectively represented and integrated across all Hi Rasmus products.
✅ Data Quality Assurance – Maintain high standards for data integrity, consistency, and accuracy in all reporting systems. Lead QA processes and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
✅ Impact Score Development – Oversee the creation of HiQ metrics and organizational-level impact scores to assess and track platform effectiveness.
✅ Process Improvement – Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
✅ Stakeholder Communication – Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the successful deployment of outcomes reporting and advanced analytics solutions.
✅ Training & Support – Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams and external users on best practices for advanced analytics solutions.
