Job Description

What You Will Do: • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment • Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations • Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation • Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures • Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used What We Are Looking For: • At least 1 year of culinary experience preferred • Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends • A team-focused, energetic attitude with a drive to exceed expectations • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Why Atrium?
