Senior Manager Billing

Lead the Billing Department, ensuring all billing processes are efficient and accurate; partnering with the Billing Account Support Services (BASS) leads to ensure Operations and Customer needs are met with the highest standard, always supported by ABM's Service Culture. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that billing activities are executed under SOX controls
• Mentor and supervise Billing Managers 
• Collaborates with the BASS Team, Collections, and when required, Operations and FP&A
• Provide exceptional customer service, aligned with the OWN it behaviors 
• Develop, implement, measure, and communicate the relevant KPI's for the Billing process 
• Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is always present across all levels of the Billing Team 
• Participate actively in any project transformation related to Billing 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required. 
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in Billing or Accounting
• 5 years minimum SOX experience 
• 7-10 years minimum experience with JDE or OFC
• Six Sigma preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite
