Our team is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the Clinical Engineering department. In this role, you will manage and provide guidance to the personnel responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects. You will also lead and manage multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools as well as accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM—5:00PM, with possible international travel as needed.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage and give guidance to the personnel responsible for managing a portfolio of projects.
Lead and manage multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans.
Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
Determine system improvements and implement changes.
Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
Prepare an annual budget.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions.
Provide on-site support during go-live events.
Manage vendors and coordinate contractors.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
