As a full-time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Physical Therapist Assistant with the Hillsdale Hospital's Rehabilitation team, you'll play a hands-on role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists, you'll implement treatment plans, support patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Schedule: This position will work 35-40 hours/week, either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, from 8:00am-4:30pm with a weekend rotation one Saturday per month if working Monday-Friday in the hospital. 

Starting Pay Range: $27-$32/hour based on work experience, new grads are welcome to apply. 

About the Facility: Hillsdale Hospital is a 97-bed acute care facility, offering medical-surgical, emergency, behavioral health, obstetrics, surgical, and rehabilitation services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this rehab department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. 

About the Rehab: Operating hours for the hospital are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm.  Outpatient hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm.  Software systems utilized include Agile (Outpatient), Brightree/Matrix (Home Health), NetHealth (SNF), and CPSI (Inpatient).  

Qualifications: 

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing ​
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous work experience in a hospital or home health setting is preferred, however, new grads are welcome to apply 

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
• COVID 19 - Full
