Job Description

• Has required Government clearances such as DOJ for working on GCC Cloud environments

• Well versed with Incident Management, Troubleshooting, SQL, Kusto & Azure Willing to work on rotational shifts

• Should have good knowledge in Azure cloud computing

• Should troubleshoot Windows (Azure) infrastructure related problems.

• Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Solve various technical problems in the project in a collaborative manner under specified timeline with minimal guidance and review

• Responsible for implementing diverse engineering tasks including gap, data, and impact analysis

• Strong communications skills, interaction with customers to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence Cross-team collaboration
