THE ROLE

 

We are seeking a quantitative and client focused professional to improve join our Virtu Customer Market Making (VCMM) team as a Quantitative Client Analyst. This role will be focused on improving our bilateral trading relationships by working with clients and our sales team to understand our clients' liquidity needs, and working with quants to improve our trading offering. With the growth of off-exchange activity, this role allows you to have a direct impact on the market. 

The Quantitative Client Analyst role will require a blend of quantitative analysis and technical problem solving, combined with exceptional service to clients. You will be directly managing relationships, analyzing trade performance and ensuring that our clients are consistently receiving the best liquidity solutions and support. 

The perfect candidate for this role will be resourceful, self-directed and adaptable. This role is a fit if you thrive in fast-paced environment and collaborate fluidly on all types of challenges - both quantitative and non-quantitative.

 

  • Own post-trade analysis tooling and intraday monitoring
  • Maintain strong relationships with external clients and counterparties
  • Proactively triage client requests and issues
  • Automate tasks to improve efficiency

 

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a quantitative role
  • Strong quantitative, mathematical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with peers
  • Skilled programmer
  • Intellectually curious and self-motivated individual

 

THE PROCESS

After passing an application screening, candidates will be sent an online programming test via email from a service called HackerRank as a first step of the process. 

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (salary range is exclusive of bonuses, benefits or other categories of compensation)
