You’ll oversee and support clinical operations within your assigned program, guiding a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. This leadership role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring program compliance, managing caseloads, and fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence. Requirements & Responsibilities
- Master’s degree in a related clinical field (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Counseling).
- Current Utah clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience providing clinical supervision and program oversight.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to clinical staff to ensure quality care.
- Oversee client assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with program directors and interdisciplinary teams to achieve program goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with performance improvement efforts.
