Job Description

• Project coordinator responsible for organizing and executing process development activities.
• Run statistical analyses, run engineering reports, coordinate builds, material inspections.
• Works with suppliers to coordinate part shipments, print to part issues, alignment with incoming inspection.
• Will be required to comply with documentation procedures and appropriate engineering standards.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Support the project manager in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Help ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to the project team and management.

Qualifications

• A strong technical and statistics background is required.
• Engineering degree preferred, not required.
• Good communication skills required.
• Preferred familiarity with medical device manufacturing.
• Must be able to follow and explain detailed instruction and inspection procedures.
• Advanced data analysis to ensure accuracy.
