The Project Manager (PM) facilities alignment with the client and internal MMIT teams. The PM is responsible for establishing a cadence for successful client communication including meetings with key stakeholders. The PM maintains and communicates the project plan/timeline with an acute understanding of the critical path, milestones, dependencies, and impact to client satisfaction. They are critical to issue resolution by assessing, escalating, and managing to mitigation.

This team’s role is critical for MMIT to ensure client projects and/or issues are handled quickly and effectively. The delivery team is the recognized product specialists and advisors.

To succeed in this position, you will:

• Validate project scope, goals and objectives.
• Oversee/coordinate all aspects of project and serves as the delivery lead for clients and internal MMIT teams.
• Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on all matters.
• Follows best practice processes, utilizing approved tools and templates for successful delivery.
• Serves as the trusted advisor and ensures project and change management follow best practices.
• Be Proactive with client communication through participation in regular scheduled meetings with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Build relationships cross functionally in the organization.
• Ensures consistent risk management: identification, escalation, mitigation for contingency plans/actions.
• Maintains Project Plan/ timeline with an acute understanding of the critical path, milestones, dependencies.
• Lead an assessment and manage root cause analysis and issue resolution to ensure project timeline is met.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
• 2-5 years of project management experience
• Experience implementing data solutions for large-scale clients
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Passionate about process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to provide results with minimal supervision
• Healthcare IT, Pharma Analytics experience preferred
• PMP certification preferred
