Rock Shop Sales Associate

This position requires a friendly and detail-oriented individual focused on creating an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Associate will perform daily tasks that include operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and ensuring the retail environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role is performed in a climate-controlled setting and may involve lifting up to 30 lbs. 

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Receive and manage inventory, and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the Rock Shop.
• Organize and arrange displays to be visually appealing. 

• High School Diploma and at least one year of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of applicable retail and spa operating systems.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Must have the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
