Job Details

The Security Analyst I is the lead for an assigned security system on the Haemonetics landscape, administering the system daily and managing the system’s roadmap and evolution. 

Essential Duties

• ·       Monitors and manages alerts and coordinates resolution with responsible teams in IT, Quality, Legal, Customer Support, and R&D. 
• ·       Investigates alerts, determines root cause and severity, and takes required actions
• ·       Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on a specific security operations technology platform while being cross-trained on all other security operations platforms on the Haemonetics landscape
• ·       Administers assigned security operations platform(s) including patching, upgrades, vendor escalations and day-to-day management, platform roadmap and key performance indicators
• ·       Leads assigned areas for annual ISO 27001 certification\

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree Information Technologies,  Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field

Experience

Previous Security Operations Center experience preferred

AWS Experience preferred

Rapid7 Experience preferred

Sophos Experience preferred

Previous experience in a regulated industry preferred

Previous experience with ISO 27001 preferred

Skills

Understanding of the Incident Response Lifecycle, 24x7 Security Operations   Intermediate

Ability to perform duties in a very fast pace environment and ability to learn new technology quickly  Intermediate

Demonstrated problem solving skills
