This role will lead and oversee all technical aspects related to UHT, Butter & Spreads within Saputo Dairy Australia and third-party manufacturing. Responsibilities include driving new product development, contributing expertise to capital projects, and providing technical support to key stakeholders. The role will serve as a trusted link between commercial and operations teams, influencing at all levels to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and execute cross-functional projects from concept through to commercialisation. Identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to address unforeseen impacts and challenges throughout the project lifecycle from a technical perspective.

Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic initiatives that enable Saputo Dairy Australia to adapt to evolving market conditions, emerging technologies, and new business needs.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring the successful implementation of technical initiatives.

Commercial Support: Support Sales and Marketing in identifying and executing key initiatives for growth opportunities in domestic and export markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dairy science and technology, capable of bridging the gap between innovation and commercial success through initiative, project management, scientific knowledge, creativity, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
