NA Product Care & Launch Director

a) Responsible for BA NA product improvements in term of cost, quality, sustainability and implementation of company’s strategic plan.

b) Responsible for BA NA product launching (BOM creation & management, launching scheduling, governance and management of product variants requests, Phase In & Phase Out and Range complexity management).

• Plan and secure achievement of cost reduction plans, leading DME CEP initiatives for BA NA   
• Plan and ensure achievement of quality improvement plans for BA NA
• Actively support NA factory on product-related production continuity issues and short-term legal requirement requests
• Ensuring time to market launches of new product variants
• Guarantee that all product improvements and running changes comply with Global R&D strategy (modularization and standardization) and legal requirements
• Supporting sustainability target
• Support Global Procurement strategy on supply base development
• Definition and tracking of overall Product Care & Launch budget (resources, CapEx, OpEx)
• Foster cooperation between Global R&D Food Preparation and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Factory, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Line, Service, Design, etc)
• Guarantee collaboration and synergies among all other Global R&D functions (Product Care teams, Lab, Technologies, Architectures, Electronics, etc)
• Responsible for teamship, talent pipeline, competences development and comply with company’s values
• Promote and lead the introduction of common new procedures and processes
• Secure IQ&EMS application

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
• Consolidated experience in product development with strong innovation focus and driving for digital process
• Cooking products and process knowledge is a definite plus       
• Skilled in influencing and managing various stakeholders with the ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and communicate effectively across various discipline                
• Strong Financial understanding
• Quality methods and tools                    

• Good interpersonal and cross-cultural skills on all levels
• Good analytical ability and you support the business pro-actively
• A performance driven approach and can-do attitude                  
• Ability to think outside of the box                       
• Strong internal and external communicator (fluent English)
• Strong leader- and ownership skills with entrepreneurial decision making
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
