The Opportunity

We have an exciting internship opportunity available on our marketing team at Puig’s New York office, working on Rabanne Fragrance. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about beauty and the chance to be immersed in the business. This internship provides hands-on involvement and learning opportunity across many aspects of fragrance marketing, from big-picture brand strategy to day-to-day business support.

What you'll get to do

Monitor competitive trends and analyze market sales data (ad hoc requests to pull and evaluate data from NPD).
Draw conclusions from monthly sell-out results that are sent to Global Teams explaining US performance.
Support the execution of the Prestige 360 marketing plan (project briefs, code management, product information document maintenance).
Function as the primary contact between Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure clear communication of marketing tools for each season.
Collaborate with global colleagues to order and organize comps, lab samples, and first production pieces.
Manage all product needs for advertising and ensure accuracy of all ads (copy, price).
Assist with day-to-day admin tasks, including PO and sample management.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Ability to be on-site 3 days a week for 25 hours total in NY office.
Bachelor’s Degree or background in marketing or business.
A deep passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail and effective time management.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
