Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a hard-working individual with a positive attitude to contribute to a great Finance team. Our charter is to understand and influence the business in making the right trade-offs and proactively find efficiencies. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple levels of a dynamic business and has the opportunity to drive division-wide projects and initiatives in the areas of reporting, planning and analysis for KLA.

 

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Extract data sets, perform analyses, build actionable reports and financial models
• Initiate and maintain coverage of relevant business metrics on regular basis to help identify and analyze critical issues, risks and opportunities
• Revenue and expense analysis and forecasting
• Partner with business teams for systems and business processes improvements
• Perform various ad hoc analysis including scenario planning
• Support period close processes, preparation of financial packages and reporting

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Independent and critical thinker, fast learner and excellent eye for detail.

• Must be hardworking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and willingly contributes to a team.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.

• Has a strong sense of ownership of their responsibilities and is self-motivated.

Base Pay Range: $58,700.00 - $88,200.00 Annually
