Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating generative AI in quarterly audit engagements year-round to help identify and manage risks to the business.

Primary Responsibilities:
Senior Analysts provide support to CGA engagements by identifying risks and generating insights for audit scope areas related to generative AI. As we expand our scope to include auditing generative AI deployments, this role will be responsible for supporting those auditing efforts. With our standard engagement cadence and focus on diversifying our talent, the individual in this role will gain broad exposure to Comcast Corporation businesses and technologies. Work collaboratively and independently to support auditing generative AI deployments across company.

What You Deliver

  • Delivers on project tasks and assists with the development of project plans and timelines.  
  • Performs thorough inquiry and data analysis to understand generative AI deployments, assess risk, and develops project scope for complex process areas, leveraging business knowledge and expertise.
  • Assists less experienced team members in understanding and executing data analytics.
  • Formulates appropriate conclusions and clearly documents findings based on testing results.
  • Ensures all data is secure and follows company policies regarding data classification.  
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement to team activities, tools, and training.
  • Works with CGA peers to build a library of prompts and scripts for generative AI testing.
  • Supports department objectives and performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.   
     

How You Deliver

  • Demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter and apply strong analytical skills and business knowledge to assessing processes, risks, and controls. Discusses engagement objectives with other CGA team members and provides recommendations to support the audit.  
  • Stays current on relevant generative AI developments and business risks (e.g., current events, audit trends, emerging technologies, risk frameworks, etc.) and determines where appropriate to apply to engagements.
  • Evaluates generative AI deployments to determine if businesses are conducting operations in accordance with established policies/procedures, best practices, AI risk frameworks, and governmental and legal requirements.
  • Prepares clear and well-organized analysis workpapers, documenting root-cause (as applicable), work performed, findings, and recommendations.
  • Works with discretion regarding work details on assignments of a varied and difficult nature.
  • Utilizes creative thinking, individual initiative, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
  • Exhibits willingness to tackle new areas and challenging topics. 
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
  • Acts in accordance with stated CGA and company policies and practices, and maintains the highest degree of integrity in all activities and interactions.  
  • Displays regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), as necessary. Out-of-town travel is required approximately 20%.
