What you'll do

 

• EMEA Collections : Assist in managing and optimizing the collections process for the EMEA region, ensuring timely account reconciliation, and contributing to cash flow improvement.
• Transformation Project Participation: Play an integral role in supporting ongoing transformation projects within the O2C organization, including process automation and efficiency enhancements.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members across functions to ensure smooth operation and successful project outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and relay necessary information.
• Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities within the organization to understand O2C end-to-end processes and systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Agile Implementation: Adopt an agile mindset to quickly adapt to changing environments and challenges, contributing to the agile evolution of the team and processes.

 

What you bring                

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Finance, or related program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exhibits a great personality that complements team dynamics and fosters a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates an agile mindset, capable of rapidly adapting to change and contributing to the team's agility.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with team members and stakeholders across various levels.
• Eager to learn, highly motivated, and committed to personal and professional growth.
