Global Compensation and Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Global Grower Compensation & Relationship Lead to join our team and help us strengthen our relationship with our seed growers and make Corteva the preferred seed company for seed production growers. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Regional Production leaders, Field Agronomy and Finance teams to identify, evaluate and develop seed grower contract terms that optimize the net return from Corteva’s investment in seed production.
• Develop and execute effective marketing programs that effectively communicate the total value proposition of our partnership with seed growers.
• Improve the field team’s skills and ability to effectively position the Corteva seed contract and the total value proposition of our partnership with seed growers.
• Develop opportunities to provide incentives, benefits and other value-added services that strengthen the relationship between Corteva seed production teams and seed growers.
• Serve as the business process owner for the grower compensation process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of agricultural industry experience, in seed sales, marketing or seed production.
• A deep understanding of production agriculture market dynamics and options available to seed growers.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth, retention, and advocacy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to build trust, collaborate, lead, and influence a diverse global team without direct authority.
• Ability to create and articulate strategic choices and potential outcomes.
• Ability to lead large, complex projects.
