Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries

• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions

• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area

• Handle product returns and exchanges professionally

• Ensure pricing is correct and updated

• Provide receipts and count change accurately

• Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns

• Support other team members as needed
