As the lead member of the engineering shift team, you will</span><span><span> </span>be</span><span><span> </span>responsible for effective inspection, operation and maintenance of all associated assets within the critical facility, with a primary focus on critical facilities risk management, enhancing the quality of the service delivery through effective leadership of the shift team.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>You will ensure that the conduct of any personnel under your control is safe,<span> </span></span><span>professional</span><span><span> </span>and conscientious. You will also<span> </span></span><span>be required</span><span><span> </span>to attend site meetings with the client and on behalf of the client as requested. Driving a Safety-First culture throughout the team on the account, lead through your experience and knowledge of safe systems of works and compliance.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Key Tasks of the Engineering Shift Lead</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Supervise, coordination and support of the site-based engineering team, including internal and MEP responsibilities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Operate all systems within the facility in a competent,<span> </span></span><span>effective</span><span><span> </span>and efficient manner (including<span> </span></span><span>HV</span><span>&LV</span><span><span> </span>Switching Operations). Making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when<span> </span></span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>The control of all activities relating to the technical and efficient operation of the installed building systems including all MEP assets and compliance with statutory regulations.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Preparing/Planning and Supporting Specialist Vendor Planned, Reactive and Corrective Works, ensuring relevant Change Management approval is<span> </span></span><span>submitted</span><span><span> </span>for all critical works.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure that Specialist Vendor worksheets are signed off where necessary, that quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated by the Engineering Team (Shift Engineers)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>To provide backup as engineering relief cover<span> </span></span><span>in the event of</span><span><span> </span>an emergency, which may require temporary Shift working.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure the team and Specialist Vendors<span> </span></span><span>comply with</span><span><span> </span>the contractual service level agreements (SLA’s).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Key operator of the Corrigo CMMS system, ensuring that MEP PPM, Reactive and Corrective Work Orders/Tasks are accurately completed within SLA. Monitoring progress throughout the shift to ensure compliance with expected outputs from your team. Utilising<span> </span></span><span>appropriate resource</span><span><span> </span>within the team to achieve this key contractual output.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Attend weekly operations meetings, client meetings as requested, in conjunction with Integral account management.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Contribution and highlighting engineering risk and reporting on critical systems availability daily.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Completing the shift handover reports, ensuring that<span> </span></span><span>significant events</span><span><span> </span>or activ
