Job Description

As an Observability and Data Ops Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in creating innovative internal products that streamline our operations and enhance efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, identify pain points, and deliver solutions that deliver tangible value.

• Help to guide the internal Observability product strategy
• Partner with internal operational teams to analyze complex problems
• Complete product research and market analysis
• Create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs
• Host product demos and gather user feedback

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, or recent graduate. Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field 
• Graduating 2025 
• Must be available to start on one of the following cohort start dates: 
  • June 16, 2025 | July 7, 2025 | August 18, 2025
• The discipline to focus on complex problems
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
• Deep curiosity about user needs and desire in building customer relationships

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $117,000 - 130,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
