Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for outpatient clinical services, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care delivery.
- Partner with practice management and departmental leaders to drive strategic planning initiatives and support the growth, development, and productivity of physician practices and non-physician staff.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management, to meet organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and team leads to ensure smooth daily operations and a high-performing work environment.
- Champion service excellence by enhancing both internal collaboration and the overall patient experience.
- Ensure consistent achievement of quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and performance standards.
- Foster clear and effective communication across departments to support operational alignment and organizational priorities.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Four years of direct management experience in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to effectively direct healthcare business and operational practices.
- Ability to develop long-term plans for healthcare operations.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Progressive ambulatory operations leadership experience, ideally overseeing multi-specialty clinic environments
- Experience with Epic (including operational reporting and workflow optimization)
