About the Role


As an Associate Client Executive II, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our High Value Customers in the Tax & Accounting sector. This position focuses on our highest value customers within our Tax Workflow products. You will be responsible for account management, retention, renewal activities, and driving cross-sales and upsells. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, utilizing data driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term value. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed assigned quota for sales (40% of compensation plan) and retention/renewals (60% of compensation plan).

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and problem resolution.

  • Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.

  • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns, providing insights and recommendations to improve product adoption and satisfaction.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tax regulations, and product updates to provide informed guidance to clients.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements within the Client Executive team.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or relevant experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably in the tax and accounting software industry.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at various levels.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
