Job Summary
This role organizes and manages shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of all items and products located and distributed to customers. They maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage loading and delivery of all products, ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection and ensure reports accurately reflect products shipped to customer
Partner with plant technicians and the sales team for order processing and order accuracy
Manage inventory and order plants and hard goods as required to meet business needs.
Coach, develop and performance manage a team of installers and/or warehouse associates.
Assists with forecasting and monthly financial requirements as needed
Manage and complete service methods and KPI result as part of the leadership scorecard
Manages and assists with Holiday preparations and installations as needed
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
2-5 years of warehouse experience required
Supervisor level experience in a customer focused environment preferred.

The ability to multi-task, analyze situations and develop proactive responses
The ability to handle stress and stress related situations
The ability to work independently, taking the initiative

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Range
