Director, Production

Summary  

The primary responsibility of the Production Director is to direct and develop the production employees and oversee outputs, while undertaking continuous improvement.   

Essential Functions 

• Manage and motivate the production team   

• Ensure the correct materials and supplies are available   

• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed-upon time frames and budgets.  

• Coordinates with various teams (designers, project managers, contractors, etc.) to ensure all projects are executed seamlessly.  

• Training and supervising production teams to ensure all work is done according to quality and safety standards and procedures.  

• Communicating effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide updates on project progress.  

• Conducting risk assessments and implement measures to minimize workplace accidents. 

• Evaluating production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.  

• Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.  

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.  

• Other duties as assigned 

Education & Experience 

Required 

• ​​High School or equivalent​ 

• ​​7+ years applicable job experience​ 

Preferred 

• ​​Bachelor's Degree​
