Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be more than just a coder. You'll be a key player in shaping new products and features that transform system data into actionable insights. You'll work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and engineers to create a product that stands out in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new features that enhance user experience and provide real value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer needs.
- Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining a high-quality codebase.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience: 4+ years in full-stack development (it’s okay if you lean more heavily in one part of the stack)
- Team Dynamics: You value EQ as much as, if not more than, IQ in your teammates.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.

FD21
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $133,300 - $226,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
