The Director, B2B Sales Enablement will be imbedded within the business close to clients and processes to drive just in time change that increases sales results and enhances the client experience. The success of this position will lie in its partnership with Sales leadership, Marketing, Training, Operations, IT, Product Development, and Capital Markets to deliver programs, tools, and content that will enhance client and sales performance that drive incremental revenue. This influential role will help to provide hands on expertise to enable our sales and customer facing processes and enable the organization to efficiently sell new products as we grow. Job Functions and Responsibilities:

- Sales & Client Enablement Strategy:
Develop and execute the company’s Sales and Client Enablement strategy in close collaboration with the Sales and Learning & Development teams.
- Process Improvement & Change Leadership:
Drive process improvement initiatives that impact client experience and lead the change management efforts associated with these transformations.
- Client-Facing Materials Oversight:
Manage the creation and maintenance of client-facing resources, including Seller Guides, Matrices, and Bulletins, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to define and achieve desired outcomes for new product launches and strategic initiatives across departments such as Underwriting, Operations, Product Development, and Credit Risk.
- Sales Support & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate effectively with B2B Origination leadership and other key stakeholders to support and enhance the company’s sales efforts.
- Client Engagement:
Serve as a client-facing representative when needed, acting as an extension of the sales team to support relationship-building and solution delivery.
- Marketing Coordination
Coordinates and partners with the Marketing team on the development of materials used when presenting and marketing to clients to promote or educate our products and programs across our B2B lines of business
- Voice of the Customer
Synthesize the voice of the customer via NPS surveys and client feedback from meetings into process improvements, marketing materials, business development tools
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
- Proven success in Sales Enablement roles, with deep expertise in both TPO (Third-Party Origination) and Retail mortgage originations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including significant leadership, management, or sales enablement responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively prioritize competing demands
- Track record of successfully launching products or services to sales teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Customer- and client-oriented mindset with a strong service orientation
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a focus on execution and results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Velocify is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments
Training / Licensing Requirements:
- Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
The salary range for this position is expected to be $130,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for annual bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
