As a Customer Service Representative on our Heavy Parts team, you will leverage a global support structure and supply chain across 6 continents to deliver critical parts and services to cement and mining customers.  We are on the front lines of ensuring site up time and sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer requests
• Deliver our product in full and on time
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Drive improvement and efficiency
