Requirements and Nature of Work:

• In Year 3 or higher of the clinical program
• Help clinical program co-directors with various administrative associated with the CPA site visit (for the Fall job ad only) and tasks related to program maintenance and improvement. Tasks may include compiling tables, communicating with faculty to obtain information, organizing and scheduling aspects of the site visit, updating the mental health resource list, working on initiatives related to potential program/policy changes, contributing to initiatives related to equity, diversity, and inclusion within the program, etc.
• Help clinical program co-directors with various administrative tasks related to the preparation of the Institutional Quality Assurance Process (IQAP) report due at the end of the academic year
• Bilingual
• Excellent organizational skills, work habits (meet deadlines), and communication
