Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Partner with Senior Leaders and Key Stakeholders to develop and execute powerful communications that manage change, create engagement, and support a positive and productive organizational culture
  • Proactively identify internal communications opportunities and elevate communications
  • Develop new internal programming and communications that furthers employee engagement, strengthens the Technology culture, fosters connections across teams and enables employees to action our company values
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders, build and execute holistic communication strategies for employee programs and initiatives (e.g., People Team,)
  • Create communications and strategies that include cascading down to different departments, teams, managers, etc
  • Research and develop engaging and impactful content using a variety of tactics (videos, visuals, etc.) that increases leader visibility and align with a company culture that values our diverse team members
  • Plan and lead discovery, ideation, and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders that will translate into actionable communication plans
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of an annual communication calendar that prioritizes a timeline of key events and topics
  • Oversee communication channels and materials to ensure effectiveness and provide ongoing improvements as needed to ensure an optimal user experience
  • Measure and report on program performance with the relevant stakeholders
  • Manages the framework for how support documentation is stored by teams in the IT Knowledge Bases
  • Leads process governance for Technology Knowledge Management

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $78.000 to $115,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • English or Journalism degree
  • Technical Writing experience
  • Experience writing strategic communications
