The Project Coordinator will support the implementation and management of Telehealth and Urgent Care initiatives and works closely with the Project and Program Manager. This role involves close collaboration with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to monitor progress, manage schedules, contribute to project work throughout the project lifecycle, and support workflow improvements and technology implementations. Functioning within a dyad model, the Project Coordinator partners with a Project Manager to ensure efficient execution and successful delivery across clinical and operational teams. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.Job Description
- Support project scope, timelines, deliverables, and reporting in collaboration with Project and Program Managers.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure alignment across teams and departments.
- Maintain and update project plans using project management tools.
- Identify and report project risks and outcomes, escalating issues in alignment with the project work plan.
- Contribute to stakeholder communications, training efforts, and workflow documentation.
- Assist with initiatives involving technology integration, device deployment, and regulatory compliance.
- Document action items, risks, meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned projects.
- Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare, Business, Project/Program Coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
