CoverMyMeds is seeking a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst; a self-motivated team player who will thrive in a constantly changing and time-sensitive environment. This role requires a candidate who is energized by solving complex problems, has the tenacity to push through to complete difficult projects, and is able to win others over by quickly establishing credibility in the analytics space. You will work to understand client challenges and use them as opportunities to create and provide solutions. A love of data, a passion for collaboration and communication, and an analytic, probing mind are all necessities. Curiosity is key.

Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with analytics team members, sales, account management, product, marketing, and other stakeholders to perform and understand program analyses
Obtain a deep understanding of the capabilities and nuances of the CoverMyMeds’ products and how they solve complex problems in the pharmaceutical industry
Collaborate with team members and external vendors to perform methodological studies on the CoverMyMeds’ programs
Perform quality checks on aggregated data sets, investigate anomalies, and identify opportunities for improvement
Find patterns in data with targeted direction of business ask and summarize high level findings
Learn to use Tableau for data visualization and exploration
Learn how to translate complex data issues into easily digestable insights for non-technical audiences
About You:
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent
Critical Skills:
The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator with strong analytical skills and an innate drive to innovate. Specific qualifications include:
Strong interest in and aptitude for data analytics
2+ years of experience in analytics role
Experience with SQL required
Bright, outstanding problem-solver
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
