Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Client Onboarding & KYC Analyst to join our Client Onboarding Department (COD). Focusing on our registered Broker-Dealer entity within Global Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), this role owns onboarding opportunities end-to-end, balancing regulatory compliance with a fast, high-touch client delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery & Pipeline Ownership: Own onboarding opportunities from start to finish, moving requests through the pipeline as quickly and effectively as possible. Independently manage new requests, CIF amendments, event-driven reviews, and periodic reviews across Low, Medium, and High-risk customer profiles.
Document Integrity & Screening: Verify documentation correctness, ensuring files are true, complete, and compliant with institutional standards. Conduct thorough customer screening using World-Check and OFAC sanctions lists.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise directly with business lines, compliance, tax, and legal teams to swiftly resolve client data-related issues and ensure a frictionless onboarding experience.
Operational Excellence: Partner with Global Management and operations to share best practices across teams and adapt to procedural updates as workflows evolve toward automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Background: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or client experience within CIB/financial services.
Licensing & Background: Series 99 or Series 7 preferred (or ability to obtain within 180 days), supported by a strong client onboarding background.
Analytical & Investigative Skills: Proficient analytical capabilities to review complex client profiles and investigate potential suspicious account or transaction activity.
Execution & Communication: Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize tight deadlines, adapt to procedural changes, and interact effectively across all levels of management.
Education & Languages: Degree-level educated (or equivalent experience background); high proficiency in Spanish (speaking, writing, reading) preferred.

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
