Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to support our Nebula® team. 

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager for Nebula®, one of the fastest growing software platforms in the legal industry. The primary function of this role is to facilitate the strategy that drives lead generation, awareness, and publicity for our cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a proven track record of product marketing success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities 

• Plan and execute short and long-term Nebula marketing programs across a multitude of platforms, free and paid.
• Manage promotional partnerships between Nebula and various vendors/influencers we contract with.
• Budgetary tracking.
• Maintain modern, updated, SEO-optimized website content, in collaboration with other stakeholders. 
• Run Marketing Ops via Hubspot.
• Manage Nebula Marketing KPIs and campaign success metrics.
• Partner closely with the Brand Ambassador team on digital/virtual marketing events.

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of high-impact performance marketing experience at a software company or agency specializing in supporting software companies. 
• A proven track record of effective digital marketing management. 
• Proficient, demonstrable experience with Hubspot or another leading marketing automation platform. 
• Demonstrated cross-group collaboration on complex projects with key stakeholders to deliver high quality results. 
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills. 
• Ability to learn and deeply understand technical software applications that are purpose-built for corporate and legal data management solutions. 
• Experience marketing on social media platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit. 
• English native speaker. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with the Legal, eDiscovery, or Information Governance landscape. 
• Experience with launching new and disruptive services. 
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and SaaS software. 
• Degree in Marketing or digital communications.
