How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Supervisor of Continuous Improvement (CI) is responsible for evaluating and leading efforts to improve business processes within the BSC. The Supervisor of CI reports to the BSC CI Manager. This role oversees a team of CI specialists. .Supervision and delivery / rollout of Continuous Improvement and Automation Initiatives and projects according to best-in-class process improvement methodology (Lean Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Management Systems, etc.) and associated process training
Implement and use PMO tools and metrics to coordinate projects and track progress
Set the standards, templates and processes related to project management and define, ensure and maintain these within the project organizations
Conduct continuous improvement workshops and ensure the associated agreed action points are implemented in a timely manner
Ensure all managers and leaders of the BSC are committed to the identification and execution of process improvement opportunities
Proactively monitor business performance / operating results against KPIs and SLAs, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through CI initiatives
Communicate strategic importance of projects and support business cases creation to gain funding and buy-in from key constituents and to ensure success of initiatives and investments
Engage all departments to create & maintain a continuous improvement culture
Lead de CI belt training. Contribute to develop CI champions.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology
Experience/Certifications
5 years of experience in project management and 2 years supervisor experience preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt certification required. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Experience in effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills capable of interacting with staff, peers, and senior leaders competently and effectively
Must have strong team skills.
Language Requirements
English fluency [C1/B2]
Spanish fluency
French and/or Portuguese, a plus
