Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to work on-site at March AFB in Riverside County, California with experience in FMV Network Sustainment and Development. This position is responsible for analyzing current architecture, providing recommendations for improvements, and assisting junior-level operators with troubleshooting and upgrade implementation.
Requirements
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Possess or have the ability to obtain an active DoD issued Secret security clearance. A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in IT or Networking.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Comptia Security+
- Comptia Network+
Software/Programs Experience:
- Linux, Cisco and Palo Alto experience is mandatory.
- CCNA and Palo Alto Devices experience is preferred.
Essential Job Duties:
- Integrate and sustain the Haivision Feed Management hub solution - transport services, remote management, and Cyber security services.
- Track all vendor notifications for vulnerabilities, end-of-life announcements, and hardware contract maintenance status through use of vendor-specific asset inventory management web interface.
- Manage license provisioning and registration process for any vendor-specific hardware through the vendor-specific asset inventory management web interface.
- Document and maintain interface control for data flow, IP scheme, ports, protocols and services.
- Provide accreditation support – work with Information Assurance (IA) personnel to evaluate and determine the appropriate Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation approach for any updates and/or changes to the existing accreditation package.
- Support continuous monitoring using established vulnerability management processes.
- Provide engineering sustainment to ensure network architecture is up to government-approved baseline standards.
- Provide updated information and/or documentation to the Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
- Provide updated security artifacts based on changes to the network baseline.
