Deloitte is looking for experienced professionals to join our Supply Chain Planning team in Sweden, which is part of our Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. As one of the Nordic market leaders in consulting, we work with both global and local organizations on complex transformations, and we excel in major business-driven technology changes. Deloitte’s Supply Chain Planning practice helps our clients implement strategic supply chain planning initiatives to mitigate risk and uncertainty, enhance resilience and optimize performance across the supply chain.

As an experienced Supply Chain Planning professional, you will be an integral part of innovative Supply Chain Planning transformation projects, working directly with some of the largest global enterprises as well as local Nordics companies across various industries. We work across the end to end supply chain, mainly in the domains of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, operational planning & execution, sales & operations planning (S&OP) and integrated business planning (IBP). Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to 

• Design and implement best practice supply chain planning transformation capabilities, processes and operating models
• Support clients in selecting and implementing state-of-the-art Advanced Planning Solution (APS) technologies 
• Drive client engagements and manage project delivery 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have a strategic mindset, strong customer focus and experience from Supply Chain Planning and relevant APS technologies. Understanding customer requirements, business processes, end-to-end solutions, and organizational challenges is essential. We believe that you thrive in an international environment, have a broad experience and knowledge in several areas, are curious to learning and enjoy working team based. 

• 2+ years of working experience from leading management consultant firm is a strong merit
• Professional and/or project experience from Supply Chain Planning transformation and implementation projects. We value expertise in the interface of process and technology
• Experience with APS technologies such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Relex and Anaplan
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in projects or in line organization in roles such as business architect, solution architect, design lead, business advisor or configuration roles 
• Ability to lead and direct interaction with clients primarily in client-facing roles
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes, best practices, and latest industry trends
• Solid project and program management skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem solving, coordination)
• Experience with APS technologies such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Relex and Anaplan
• Business sense, problem solving and analytical skills
• Professional level of English and Swedish in oral and written communication
• Travel flexibility
