Maybe our paths are fated to be but one.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role &amp; Responsibilities </strong></p><p> </p><p>Performance Engineer at QA Automation team will be working closely with Engineering team create, improve and monitor performance metrics of core applications. All this to increase the quality of new and existing products implemented in the Squads.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking for a Performance Engineer with strong QA notions. Among others, your responsibilities in the team would be:</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain performance, load and stress tests.</li><li>Work as part of QA Engineering teams with a focus on test automation.</li><li>Define performance, load and stress testing strategies.</li><li>Define QA metrics and reports that will be used to determine &amp; communicate testing results.</li><li>Work closely with product owners and team delivery leads to assist in release test automation.</li><li>Take the initiative sharing performance testing knowledge across the company running workshops.</li><li>Collaborate actively in Scrum ceremonies, giving continuous feedback to the team.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Technical requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree, IT High School title or a related technical field &amp; 3+ years' experience in test automation or software development.</li><li>Experience designing &amp; executing automation test plans.</li><li>Extensive experience in Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, LoadNinja or others.</li><li>Experience with different aspects of performance Testing like Load testing, Stress testing, Spike testing etc.</li><li>Good knowledge on server side including concepts like JVM, threads, CPU and Memory.</li><li>Ability to identify bottlenecks and track performance of a system across releases.</li><li>Experience testing REST / event-driven web services in a microservices architecture.</li><li>Experience with git version control system.</li><li>Able to communicate in English (Upper-Intermediate level required in writing).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Additional Information </strong></p><p> </p><p>Maybe you will appreciate this information: </p><ul><li>Part of Sportradar MSS Engineering (team of ~200).</li><li>Which is part of Sportradar.com (team of more than 2500).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>We also offer</strong></p><ul><li>Continuous learning program with technical internals sessions for continuous improvement. </li><li>Access to our online e-learning platform. </li><li>Benefits (Medical insurance, Flexible salary, Events and more)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><em>Sportradar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
