Product Manager – CW MyFleet & NavCloud Solution

<h3>Your tasks</h3> <p>The job covers an in-depth team working and the following responsibilities:<br/><ul><li>Management of entire product life cycle of ChartWorld MyFleet for fleet management from planning to implementation. </li><li>Creation of development specifications and work assignments for software development teams involved.</li><li>Management of related development projects.</li><li>Improvement of workflow of navigational tasks within NavCloud eco system for both ChartWorld ECDIS and 3rd party ECDIS, including proposal for integration related work scope for related products.</li><li>Development of work instructions and documentation.</li><li>Support of QA Team with relevant procedures for monitoring, automatic and manual testing. Participation in sea trials.</li><li>Software releases of MyFleet.</li><li>2nd level support for CW support team and B2B customers.</li><li>Communications with our key clients and suppliers in the field of task</li><li>Product related trainings, workshops, internal and external</li></ul></p> <h3>What we need from you</h3> <strong>Position Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>University degree in a relevant technical discipline. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of digital data services and/or electronic navigation in maritime industry.</li><li>Deep practical knowledge of vessel navigation/bridge routine.</li><li>Knowledge of up-to-date IT technologies is of benefit.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of work experience in leading software development projects.  </li><li>Motivated working attitude, business focus and the ability to present and sell our services and develop them further.</li><li>Strong logical mindset and problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Self-responsible &amp; driven working character.</li><li>Systematic, logic and goal-oriented way of working.</li><li>High commitment to the company and to the purpose, vision and values of ChartWorld as well as to the quality of the own work.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English incl. technical terms.</li><li>Fluency in German incl. technical terms would be of benefit.</li></ul> <h3>What is in it for you</h3> <ul><li>A competitive salary &amp; benefits package</li><li>28 vacation days</li><li>Access to in-house learning platform - Teledyne University</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Additional health bonus</li><li>Company sponsors your mobility - Profi-ticket/ Job rad/ Parking ticket</li></ul>
