We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team at Dolphin Debit Access, As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing leadership and guidance to the accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial management
• Previous experience with financial reporting and budgeting
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and leadership skills
