Junior Scrum Master

Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate contract opportunity for a Junior Scrum Master to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will facilitate the adoption of the Scrum framework and ensure Agile best practices are followed, supporting the team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently.

Job Title: Junior Scrum Master
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Support the product owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Identify and remove any impediments to the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Track team progress using Agile tools and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, sprint velocity).
• Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master preferred, but fresher candidates with strong Scrum knowledge will also be considered.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
