You will be part of a diverse team of recruitment experts consisting of local Recruitment Business Partners in Germany, Denmark, Finland, Italy and Croatia.

Your tasks as Recruitment Business Partner:

• You act as a talent acquisition expert and are responsible for the effective end-to-end management of the hiring process

• You will provide strategic and consultative services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to build trust and collaboration

• You understand how to actively support a high volume of positions, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, cultivate long-term candidate relationships and vigorously promote the Nets Brand

• You act as a trusted advisor, influencing and guiding the business with your knowledge, insight and expertise of external candidate markets as well as providing them with regular progress updates

• You act as a career coach to guide candidates to think about their development paths and assess their suitability and interest in the opportunities Nets has to offer

• You conduct evaluation interviews with your identified talents to confirm the profile they are looking for and develop a sourcing strategy for the open position

• You ensure progress and always have end-to-end responsibility for our process order, ATS, data quality and compliance

• Take the lead on various projects and create an outcome together with key stakeholders and the team

• Fluency in written and spoken English, with another language desirable a Nordic language in particular Danish or Swedish

• Experience with IT recruitment or sales positions, including proactive sourcing for the best candidate
