Raytheon is currently looking to add an experienced professional to serve as a Senior Logistics Analyst on the Stinger and NASAMs Logistics Team. This position with emphasis on supporting a suite of products within the logistics department, including logistics data and technical manual procedures.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with well-developed written and verbal communication skills to start a career or develop their career in the aerospace-defense engineering environment supporting state-of-the art technology through development/sustainment phases of Logistics products.
What You Will Do:
- Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks, including reliability and spare parts analysis, development of container solutions, and creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
- Develop, validate, and maintain technical documentation such as manuals, provisioning data, and training materials.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve sustainment challenges, and inform product design decisions.
- Conduct supportability analyses to influence logistics strategies and lifecycle cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate spares, tools, and consumables to support global field deployments and operational readiness
- Support and participate in customer training and validation events, both domestically and internationally.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and program objectives across all logistics deliverables.
- Serve as a critical link between engineering development and field operations, driving sustainment solutions from concept through deployment.
This position requires up to 5% to 15% domestic and international travel and is based onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will be part of the Life Cycle Engineering Team, supporting products from design through validation, integration, and long-term sustainment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience supporting development programs, logistics, production and/or sustainment programs.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in munitions and weapons maintenance or inspection within a military occupational specialty, with a focus on compliance, quality assurance, or evaluation duties.
- Experience supporting the creation and maintenance of technical manuals, work instructions, and related logistics documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, able to follow instructions from leadership and peers with experience
- Demonstrated experience with leadership teams; experience solving problems and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
